By using Reply Two, you accept these terms. If you disagree with anything here, please don't use our service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reply Two.

By subscribing or buying add-ons, you confirm you can legally sign contracts.

We'll need a few basics from you

We trust you have the legal right to use your payment method. Also, that you are providing accurate information.

When you share this info, we’ll send it to our payment processors, like Stripe, to finish your purchase. Nothing complicated here.

Sometimes we need to decline a subscription or purchase if

  • There's an error in your information
  • Something looks unusual with the payment

Changing your subscription

Your options for changing or canceling depend on a few things

Pricing & payments

Sometimes, we need to adjust prices before confirming your subscription or purchase.

After confirmation, we'll only change prices for reasons beyond our control like

If prices change after you've subscribed, you can always cancel if you prefer.

How payments work

Subscriptions Our newsletter management services work on a subscription basis, monthly or yearly. We'll bill you based on whichever plan you pick.

Add-ons Want templates or other enhancements? Those are one-time purchases.

All payments process through Stripe. Need an invoice? Let us know.

We need to confirm all payments. If your card declines, we can't be responsible for delays, but we'll help sort it out.

Subscriptions

Our services come with a paid subscription. We bill you in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or yearly, based on the plan you select.

Your subscription renews with the same terms at the end of each period unless one of us cancels it.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription renewal through

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period.

Annual plan cancellations

  • If you cancel mid-year, we'll refund your unused months
  • We'll adjust for the annual discount on months you've already used
  • Example: Unhappy in month 8 of a yearly plan? We can refund that month or all your remaining months. If we refund the rest, we'll charge the normal monthly rate for the first 8 months you used.

Billing

Please provide accurate billing information including

  • Address and zip code
  • Contact number
  • Valid payment method

If automatic billing doesn’t work, we’ll send you an invoice. You need to complete the payment by the deadline. We will pause work on your requests until we receive payment.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices at our discretion. Any price changes take effect at the end of your current subscription period.

We'll notify you before any price change so you can decide whether to continue. Continuing to use our service after a price change means you accept the new price.

Refund policy

We may offer free trials for our subscription services. To start a trial, you must give billing information. Don't worry; we won't charge you until the trial ends. Your paid subscription starts at the end of your trial, unless you cancel.

We may offer digital products like templates, add-ons, and assets for one-time purchase.

  • You must use them according to their specific terms.
  • You cannot transfer it to others.

Digital product support

If you're unhappy with your digital product

If you experience download failures or technical problems

We value integrity in all our business relationships. Any attempts to mislead, manipulate, or defraud us or potential customers will result in account suspension. This includes posting incorrect discounts on coupon sites or engaging in activities that violate our policies.

Advertising guidelines

Please do not run search engine ads (particularly on our brand terms or domain names), Facebook ads, or other advertisements that might compete with our own marketing efforts. This helps prevent customer confusion and maintains clear marketing channels.

Representation clarity

We manage different types of content through our service. Including newsletter content and platform interactions. Here's how we handle each type:

Newsletter content

When you send us content for your newsletter, you remain its owner. But, you grant us permission to

  • Format and prepare it
  • Distribute it through your newsletter
  • Store it in our systems

You own any graphics, images, or design elements we create or add to your newsletter as soon as we deliver them. We keep a license to showcase this work in our portfolio.

You confirm that all newsletter content you submit

  • Is yours or you have permission to use it
  • Doesn't violate anyone's copyright, privacy, or other rights
  • Is not AI-generated (AI-assisted content is acceptable)

We use AI tools to format, edit, or improve your content. But, we never use AI to create original content. This ensures full copyright compliance and protects your intellectual property.

Platform content

Our service includes an authenticated portal. You may post comments, share resources, or interact with other users. This creates a different type of content that has its own considerations.

For any content you post within our platform

  • You keep ownership but grant us license to display it
  • You're responsible for what you share
  • Other users may view and interact with your posts

Content restrictions

You are responsible for everything in your newsletter and on our platform. We need to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all users.

Don't share content that is

  • Illegal or promotes illegal activity
  • Discriminatory or hateful toward any group
  • Spam, scams, or unwanted marketing
  • Malware or harmful code
  • Infringing on others' intellectual property
  • Impersonating someone else
  • Invading others' privacy
  • Deliberately false or misleading

Our content review process

To maintain our standards, we may review your content to ensure it meets these guidelines. As part of this process, we can

  • Refuse to process content that violates these terms
  • Make formatting changes to prepare your newsletter
  • Restrict your service access if you submit prohibited content more than once.
  • Remove inappropriate posts from our platform

We manage your newsletter and platform interactions. We aren't responsible for the content you create. You use our service at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for what appears in your newsletter and platform posts.

Content backups

We protect your data with regular backups, but we can't guarantee everything.

We back up your content on a regular basis, but we can't promise complete data protection. Problems can happen when

  • Your content was already damaged before backup
  • Your content changed during the backup process

We will help fix backup issues when we can. But, we aren't responsible if you can't restore your content.

Always keep your own copy of all content in a separate location outside our service.

We have a strong commitment to intellectual property rights. We want to protect yours and the rights of others. If you think someone used your work without permission on our service, we can help.

If you own a copyright and believe someone has infringed on it through our service, please
